About the Role The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to support students with additional learning needs across KS3 and KS4. You’ll play a key role in promoting inclusion, encouraging independence, and helping pupils engage positively in their learning.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Assisting teachers with the preparation and delivery of lessons.
* Supporting pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
* Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
* Helping to create a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment.
