Location: Harrow (6-minute walk from Harrow on the Hill station)
Salary: £29,000-£35,500 + Uncapped Bonus

We’re investing in growth, innovation, and people, and we’re looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm desk in our Hospitality & Leisure division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-energy, candidate-led environment with a strong client base across the M25 corridor, London and Hertfordshire.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building relationships with clients and candidates in the hospitality and facilities sectors
* Sourcing and registering candidates; chefs, kitchen porters, catering assistants, General Managers and more
* Managing recruitment processes from advertising to vetting and placement
* Developing business through creative marketing and candidate-led approaches
* Delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term client partnerships
Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome both experienced recruiters and trainees with transferable skills. Ideal backgrounds include:
* Retail, education, or healthcare recruitment
* Fast-paced, volume-driven environments
* Multilingual candidates (European languages a plus)
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
