Job Description:
A thriving company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. The Administrator role involves providing administrative support to the wider team, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and updating relevant information and trackers.
*Salary: £28,000 – after probation £30k - £32k
*40 hours P/W
*On site parking
Administrator responsibilities:
*Processing works orders and updating in-house/client trackers
*Creating and maintaining schedules
*Scheduling required appointments on behalf of the team
*Liaising with client stakeholders as required
*Accurately collating and managing reports for clients and colleagues
*Acting as main point of contact regarding enquiries and updates
*Communicating updates and changes to customers, internal teams and third parties
*Maintain accurate documentation, including purchase orders, policies and other correspondence
*Understanding client requirements and proactively resolving issues
*Assisting with ad hoc general administrative functions
Administrator skills/competencies:
*Previous experience in a similar role desirable
*Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
*Problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
