IFA Administrator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 + Benefits
Benefits include:

*23 days holiday plus public holidays (option to buy/sell up to 5 days)

Our client are a very well-established Wealth Management firm with an outstanding reputation for providing tailored financial advice to their clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious IFA Administrator to join their friendly team in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone working within the financial planning sector who has strong knowledge of pensions and investments administration and is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide efficient support for new business processing, trades, fund switches, and liaising with product providers.
*Prepare valuations, maintain client records, and assist advisers with client reviews.
*Act as the main point of contact between clients and advisers, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
*Complete post-meeting administration and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
*Support with process improvements, business projects, and development initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Previous experience as an Administrator within an IFA or Wealth Management practice is essential.
*Knowledge of pensions and investments.
*Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
*A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a busy team environment.
