Job Description:
This is a pivotal internal position focused on driving the growth and retention of a medium-sized portfolio. Your work will primarily be conducted from the office, engaging with clients via telephone and Microsoft Teams meetings.
*You will be the main point of contact for a book of existing clients, diligently managing the renewal process.
*Proactively identify cross-selling and new business opportunities within your dedicated book of business.
*Efficiently utilise the company’s e-trade solution and collaborate with a panel of insurers, which includes managing a delegated authority scheme.
*Maintain the highest levels of accuracy, ensuring client records are meticulously updated and managed using the Acturis system.
*Maximise your earning potential through a competitive bonus structure directly linked to the successful growth and retention of your accounts.
Experience required
To be considered for this compelling opportunity, candidates must possess the following core experience:
*Motor Trade Expertise: Substantial prior insurance experience, specifically dealing with motor trade insurance.
*Commercial Account Management: Proven track record working as an account handler or account executive within commercial insurance.
*Acturis Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on experience using the Acturis system.
*Essential Skills: Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
