Job Description:
Group Accountant | Lancashire | Up to £55,000 + benefits | 12 month FTC
A well-established group finance function is looking for a confident and detail-driven Group Accountant to support its internal reporting and consolidation processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a group-level role with exposure across multiple entities and reporting lines.
Responsibilities
*Assist with monthly group consolidation and reporting
*Support intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
*Prepare financial data in line with accounting standards
*Work closely with country finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
*Contribute to the development of internal controls and process improvements
*Support external audit deliverables and queries
About You
*Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Experience in a group finance or reporting role
*Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
*Comfortable working with finance systems and large data sets
*Able to build relationships across finance teams and stakeholders
