Job Description:
Admin Co-ordinator
*Reigate
*£19,500 – £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
*Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
*Bonus Scheme + Career Progression Available

We’re recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Project Co-ordinator to join a forward-thinking team where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for a college leaver, graduate, or early-career professional eager to learn, grow, and thrive. Full training provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and good level of education.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
*Support managers with scheduling jobs and coordinating appointments
*Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
*Organise diaries, manage calendars, and book travel or meetings
*Process and maintain important documents such as reports, invoices, and quotations
*Assist in meeting team targets and contributing to ongoing improvements
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
*Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
*High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
*Confidence using IT systems, Microsoft Office, and handling documentation
*A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
