Job Title: Paraplanner
Location: Droitwich (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Wealth Management firm in Droitwich. You’ll be supporting a dynamic and driven Financial Planner as part of a small, proactive team that includes one Administrator and another Paraplanner.

The Role:
*Provide high-quality technical support to the Financial Planner, including research, analysis, and suitability report writing
*Undertake cashflow modelling and use planning tools to support complex advice cases
*Liaise with providers, clients, and colleagues to ensure smooth case progression
*Work proactively within the support team to maintain excellent service standards
*Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal and FCA requirements
The Required Skills & Experience:
*Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (or close to completion)
*Minimum of 2 years’ paraplanning experience within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
*Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
*Experience with Intelligent Office and FE Analytics (cashflow experience advantageous)
*Excellent report writing, research, and analytical skills
*Proactive, motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
