A Picker/Packer is required to join a manufacturing company based in Northfield on a temp-to-perm basis.
This role is essential to ensuring products are accurately picked, securely packed, and dispatched on time to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
*Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets
*Pack goods securely and efficiently for dispatch
*Conduct quality checks to ensure items meet company standards
*Label and prepare shipments for delivery
*Maintain a clean and organized work area
*Follow health and safety procedures at all times
*Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as required
Requirements
*Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is desirable but not essential
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Physically fit and able to lift items safely
*Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
Hours:
*Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00
*Friday 07:00 -15:00
