Job Description:
Cheltenham Site with Travel around Gloucestershire | Flexible Hours | Permanent
£13.50/hour
What You’ll Need:
*Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or repair roles
*Hands-on skills across basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry, or general repairs
*Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
*Full UK driving licence
Nice To Have:
*Experience working in commercial or residential property maintenance
*Trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
*Health & Safety awareness or training
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across sites
*Ensuring buildings and equipment are safe, tidy, and compliant
*Responding to reactive jobs as well as scheduled preventative maintenance
*Working with a supportive team to deliver excellent service
*Representing the business with professionalism at all times
