About the Role: As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ learning in Years 1 and 2. You’ll help create a positive, engaging classroom environment where every child can reach their full potential. The role involves supporting individuals, small groups, and the whole class as needed.
Key Responsibilities: * Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across KS1.

* Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and participation in learning.

* Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and learning materials.

* Contribute to pupil observations and progress discussions.

* Follow safeguarding and school policies to ensure pupil well-being.

Requirements: * Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

* Experience working in a KS1 or primary classroom.

* A positive, caring, and patient attitude.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
