Job Description:
Job Title: Concierge Assistant
Location: Kensington
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Working Days: 5 days out of 7
Working hours: Rotating early (7 am - 3 pm), late (3 pm - 11 pm) and day shifts (varied between 9 am - 5 pm / 12 pm - 8 pm depending on business needs)
Profile:
My client is a premier property management firm dedicated exclusively to overseeing some of the most prestigious and architecturally iconic residential developments in the London. With a portfolio that spans super-prime residences in central London, they deliver white-glove service that mirrors the lifestyles of the residents.
Responsibilities include:
*Manning the residence front entrance
*Providing car valet services
*Ensuring the safety of resident’s personal belongings (ie car keys)
*Luggage removal from vehicles
*Assisting the Concierge / Receptionists with front office, concierge and administrative tasks
*General bookings: Organising taxis, arranging reservations and more
*Maintaining exceptional service standards in line with resident’s evolving needs
*Building patrols to ensure the safety of the residents
*Key handling
*Answering calls and emails
*Post and parcels - Alerting residents when deliveries have come in
Essential requirements:
*Clean full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
*Concierge experience or relevant experience
