We are urgently seeking a Maths Lecturer to join our dynamic team at the Bromley Campus. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality education and requires an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching primarily Maths GCSE, with a comprehensive weekly timetable.
Weekly Timetable Overview:*Monday to Friday: Approximately 22.5 hours per week across 15 sessions of 1.5 hours each.
*Subjects: Primarily Maths GCSE, with two sessions of English GCSE.
*Rooms: Mostly in Room B214, with English sessions in Room B313.
*Group Sizes: Range from 13 to 29 students.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver engaging and effective Maths lectures as per the provided timetable.
*Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
*Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
*Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Qualified to teach Maths at the required level.
*Proven experience as a Maths Lecturer or similar role.
*Strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching methods.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to start immediately and commit to the required timetable without any notice period.
*Must be able to complete all HR checks and onboarding by Tuesday 18th November.
