About the Role
Elevation Recruitment are working with an established business to support them with the recruitment of an Area Installations Manager.
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Installations Manager to oversee kitchen installation projects across the Norwich region.
This is a key role within the installations team, responsible for ensuring all installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for our network of installers, maintaining excellent communication with sites, conducting site audits, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of installation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate a team of kitchen installers across multiple sites within the Norwich region.
* Conduct regular HSE audits and fitter performance audits to ensure compliance and workmanship excellence.
* Manage project schedules, resources, and quality control to achieve on-time, high-quality installations.
* Work collaboratively with internal departments, customers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
* Promote and uphold company health, safety, and environmental standards.
The ideal Area Installation Manager must have:
* Proven experience in kitchen installation management or a related trade background.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and audit processes.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence (regular site travel required).
