Graduate Town Planner
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established planning consultancy in Manchester who are looking to expand their talented team with the addition of a Graduate Town Planner.
The Role: This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll work alongside experienced planning professionals, developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards full MRTPI chartership.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: *Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
*Undertaking research and planning policy analysis
*Assisting with site appraisals and client reports
*Engaging with local authorities and other stakeholders
*Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements: *RTPI Accredited Degree
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A keen interest in pursuing MRTPI accreditation
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*A proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning
