Admin Finance Assistant
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum
Hours: 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm (Part-time opportunity available)
Location: Crawley (Office-based role)
A well-established Security/Cleaning company based in Crawley is seeking a Junior Finance Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in financial administration and data entry who is looking to develop their career within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
*Enter employee timesheets into the company database accurately and promptly.
*Create and issue weekly and monthly invoices.
*Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks.
*Respond to customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
*Assist in chasing outstanding debt and maintaining up-to-date records.
Requirements
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Professional telephone manner and confident email communication.
*Previous general office experience essential.
*Experience in a finance-related role is desirable but not required — training will be provided.
