Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable HR Advisor to support and manage HR functions within the industrial/manufacturing industry. This role is based in Huddersfield and requires expertise in HR practices and Employee Relations to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Description
*Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
*Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
*Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
*Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
*Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
*Maintain and update employee records accurately and confidentially.
*Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
*Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*A solid understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
*Previous experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
*Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
*A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from GBP 42,000 to GBP 45,000.
*Permanent position based in Huddersfield 4 days site based 1 day WFH
