*Building talent pipelines for key client needs (both UK & international)
*Supporting senior recruiters and headhunters on active hiring projects
*Learning how to source and assess candidates for high-value roles
*Researching roles and markets to keep ahead of industry trends

*Monday to Friday
*Office-based in Cirencester area
