Description
A Senior HR Advisor to:
*Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
*Manage employee relations matters, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in the Human Resources department.
*Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
*Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives.
*Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
*Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and projects.
*Provide support and advice on organisational change and restructuring initiatives.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
*Experience within education highly desired.
*Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
*Proven experience in handling employee relations matters.
*Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
*A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
