The RoleAs a Shortlist Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every shortlist that leaves Via is spot-on: accurate, polished, and impactful. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, quality, and client delivery, helping our clients trust every name they see and helping candidates get the attention they deserve.
You’ll:
*Review, refine, and quality-check candidate shortlists before they reach clients
*Ensure every shortlist aligns perfectly with client briefs and expectations
*Communicate with our delivery and client teams to resolve discrepancies quickly
*Spot patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve our shortlist process
*Contribute ideas to make our shortlists and client experience even better
