KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Officer for an excellent company based in Gateshead. Reporting into the Managing Director you will be an integral part of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare monthly management accounts, taking full ownership of the month-end process
*Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy across financial statements
*Calculate and post accruals and prepayments, investigating anomalies and correcting discrepancies
*Build strong working relationships with department controllers to understand performance and provide financial insight
*Offer support and advice to others as required
*Provide information to support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
*Ensure accounting practises are carried out in accordance with current standards
*Assist on special projects as required, as part of the Finance team and the wider business
