Position: Sales Executive
Salary up to £38,000 (OTE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a new luxury watch and jewellery concession opening soon in The Wonder Room at Selfridges London. We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and has a genuine love for luxury craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional, personalised experience to every client.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding the brand’s service standards.
* Develop strong product knowledge and effectively communicate brand stories to clients.
* Support the wider team in maintaining impeccable presentation, stock management, and operational standards.
* Engage confidently with Selfridges’ clientele and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
About You:
* Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally in fine jewellery, watches, or premium fashion/accessories.
* Naturally client-focused with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
