Lead Developer - AI & Low-Code Platforms£800/day Inside IR35 | End of FY Lead Developer needed for AI programme. Hands-on role combining low-code platform expertise (Power Platform) with Python/AI development and technical leadership.
The Role *Hands-on development with low-code platforms (Power Platform) and Python
*Make technical and architectural decisions for AI projects
*Build solutions using AI frameworks (LangChain) and cloud AI services
*Collaborate with product owners and user researchers
*Provide technical direction to team of 15
Essential Skills *Strong low-code/no-code platform experience (Power Platform) - disqualifying if absent
*Python proficiency for AI development
*AI frameworks experience (LangChain)
*Microsoft stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry)
*Cloud AI services (Vertex, Bedrock, Azure AI)
*Experience leading teams and making technical decisions
