Internal Sales Executive Job in Ferndown
We are excited to be working with a fantastic, rapidly growing business in the Ferndown area who are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive. We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join the busy product distribution business. Working closely with the Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
*Manage and grow customer accounts, building lasting relationships.
*Initiate contact with potential customers and re-engage dormant leads.
*Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
*Communicate customer requirements effectively within the business.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company CRM system.
*Plan and book site visits and ensure follow-ups are completed.
*Stay informed about company products, services and competitor activity.
*Support day-to-day office and sales operations as required.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
*A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong organisational skills.
*Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to calculate prices, discounts and percentages accurately.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Willingness to learn about our products and grow with the business.
*Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
*Full UK driving licence
*A background working in a product-based environment or in manufacturing is helpful, but not essential – full training will be provided
