Business Development Manager
Location: National
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + car + bonus
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working alongside a market leading pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer who are on the hunt for a driven Business Development Manager.
Are you an out and out new business candidate? Do you thrive on identifying and growing new business opportunities?
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
*Identify, research, and approach prospective clients within the pharmaceutical space
*Arrange and lead business meetings, presentations, and proposals to showcase the company’s services, capabilities, and value proposition
*Develop strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business objectives, manufacturing requirements
*Act as a key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, quality service, and timely delivery across all stages of engagement
*Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures in line with company strategy and compliance standards
Skills & Requirements:
*A tenacious, ambitious individual with a track record of winning new business opportunities from initial outreach to closing
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior stakeholder level
*Strong understanding of GMP-regulated environments and the unique challenges of pharmaceutical manufacturing is desirable
*Full UK Driving License required
