Operations CoordinatorLocation: London (Hybrid) - 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), and rest from home
Contract Type:Temp to Perm | Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £20.88 - £21.98 per hour (£38K - £40K equivalent)

Our client, a respected certification and membership body within the built environment sector, is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their team. The organisation upholds the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and compliance across its certification and inspection services.
The RoleThis key position ensures the smooth and compliant running of certification operations. The Operations Coordinator will manage workflows, maintain data integrity, and support compliance with national standards. Acting as a central link between internal teams, inspectors, and external partners, you’ll help uphold the organisation’s reputation for integrity, consistency, and service excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Governance
*Support implementation of management systems in line with accreditation standards.
*Maintain awareness of regulatory obligations, ensuring impartial and transparent processes.
*Assist with audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational Coordination
*Manage administrative workflows across the certification lifecycle.
*Ensure clear communication between teams, inspectors, and stakeholders.
*Maintain accurate records and data in line with GDPR and quality requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
*Act as the main contact for members, contractors, and partners.
*Build strong relationships to promote engagement, trust, and compliance.
Quality & Improvement
*Identify risks and opportunities for process enhancement.
*Support training and reviews to strengthen operational performance.
About YouSkills & Experience
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative or operations role.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail with experience managing data and compliance.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (has to be advanced / intermediate in Excel) and CRM/database systems.
*(Desirable) Knowledge of accreditation, certification, or the built environment sector.
