We are seeking three passionate and skilled Temporary Agency Technicians in STEM, specialising in Carpentry, Electrical, and Plumbing education. This role is crucial in supporting both staff and learners at our Bromley Campus, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience in the Construction and Building Services industry.
Day-to-day of the role:*Assist lecturers with lesson preparation and supervise workshop delivery.
*Support learners of various levels, helping them acquire necessary skills for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.
*Implement and maintain health and safety measures, ensuring compliance with college policies.
*Provide excellent assistance and guidance to both educators and learners, contributing to a supportive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*A construction qualification or a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in Carpentry, Electrical, or Plumbing.
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring others.
*Strong organisational skills and proficient IT knowledge to support team operations effectively.
