The Opportunity:
A well-regarded commercial law firm in central Manchester is seeking an ambitious and commercially astute solicitor to join its Real Estate Finance and Banking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with 3+ years’ post-qualified experience to take on high-quality work in a specialist team that is known for its strong relationships with lenders, borrowers, and real estate clients.
Working as part of a close-knit, partner-led group, the successful candidate will advise on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, acting for both banks and private lenders, as well as developers and investors. *Supporting wider transactional work including corporate acquisitions, property transactions, and refinancing deals
*Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and other legal teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of deals
*Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting junior team members where appropriate
Candidate Profile:
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualified experience in real estate finance or banking

*A collaborative team player looking to develop within a firm that values initiative and long-term progression
Why Apply?
*Be part of a firm with an excellent reputation in the North West legal market and strong long-term client relationships
*Join a friendly, high-performing team that offers mentoring and genuine career progression
