CNC Turner – Nightshift
£25 to £30 per hour
Our client is a specialists in precision engineering, delivering high-quality machined components to a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors
The Role of the CNC Turner;
They’re looking for an experienced CNC Turner to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in precision machining, the ability to program, set, and operate CNC lathes, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities of the CNC Turner;
*Program, set, and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc, Mazak, or similar controls).
*Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
*Work to tight tolerances ensuring all components meet quality standards.
*Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
*Maintain machines and keep work areas clean and organized.
*Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
Skills & Experience of the CNC Turner;
*Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision engineering environment.
*Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
*Experience with Fanuc or Mazatrol controls (advantageous).
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
