Our client are specialists In their market sector they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent basis.
The Job you’ll do
*The Customer service coordinator will support day-to-day business operations across customer service, logistics, and vendor management.
*This individual plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
*Ideal candidates are highly organized, responsive, and proactive in problem-solving.
*Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
*Track and manage order status, delays, and issues.
*Provide proactive updates and resolve complaints with professionalism.
*Assist in planning and booking domestic and international shipments.
*Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and carriers.
*Track deliveries and maintain accurate records of shipping documents.
*Liaise with vendors to confirm lead times, delivery dates, and order status.
*Help onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date vendor information.
*Support purchase order processing and confirmations.
*General Operations Support.
*Maintain accurate inventory or order management records.
*Assist with data entry, invoicing, and reporting.
*Help implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
*3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or supply chain.
*Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).
*Experience working with vendors, 3PLs, or internal fulfilment teams.
*Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP, shipping, or order management tools
*Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
*Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Desirable (but not required):
*Bachelor’s or University Degree.
*Experience in B2B operations or e-commerce fulfilment.
*Knowledge of customs documentation or international shipping processes.
