Junior Account Manager - Marketing, Creative, Brand, Experiential
We’re on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager or Junior Marketing Exec who’s eager to grow their career in a creative, pr, marketing or integrated environment. This is a fantastic Junior Account Manager or Junior Marketing Exec opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to deliver outstanding work for a mix of well-known and emerging brands.


Note: This opportunity could equally suit an Account Handler or Exec looking to move up to to an AM role, A Marketing Exec or Junior Marketing Account Handler, we may consider you coming from an agency or in-house team if you’ can evidence the correct level of experience, a product marketing manager or anything similar equally of interest.
About the Role
*You’ll support an Account Director level team members in managing a wide variety of projects, from concept to delivery, across multiple sectors and marketing channels.
*No two days are the same, one moment you’ll be working on campaign collateral for a household name brand, the next bringing fresh thinking to B2B projects that need standout creativity.
*While this won’t specifically be client-facing from day one, you’ll soon grow into that responsibility. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be key as you liaise with clients, creatives, and directors.
*You’ll play a vital role in keeping work flowing smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met, briefs are clear, and clients are delighted with the results.
What We’re Looking For
*1-4 Years’ experience as a Junior Account Manager in a design, creative, or integrated marketing agency or an inhouse marketing team environment.
*Confidence in managing multiple projects and staying organised under pressure.
*Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solutions-first mindset.
*Attention to detail, combined with plenty of initiative and enthusiasm.
*A team player who wants to become an integral part of a talented, passionate, and supportive environment that feels like family.
*A valid driver’s licence, as occasional travel to client sites will be required.
