Description
*Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
*Monitor and report on financial performance against key business targets.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
*Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Assist in the evaluation of new business initiatives and investments.
*Act as a key point of contact for financial queries within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
*Studying towards becoming a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
*Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its financial dynamics.
*Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
*Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
*Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
