Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional ready to step into a leadership position. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong marketing experience who’s ready to take their first step into team leadership.
In this role, you will:
*Help shape and deliver quarterly marketing plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective task delegation.
*Lead weekly team huddles and regular 1:1s to support progress, manage leave and WFH requests, and conduct return-to-work interviews.
*Monitor daily team targets and adjust plans to maintain performance.
*Oversee major projects such as website redesigns and product launches.
*Review and approve all marketing content to ensure quality and consistency.
*Manage budgets within your authority and ensure timely completion of reports and admin tasks.
What we’re looking for:
*Solid marketing experience with a strong understanding of campaign delivery.
*Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, and Monday.com.
*A degree in Marketing, CIM qualification, or design background is a plus—but relevant experience is key.
*Strong copywriting skills, a good design eye, and excellent communication across all levels.
*A natural leader with the ability to delegate and motivate.
