Scheduling Administrator Location: Doncaster
Salary: £28,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering with a large and well-established organisation in Doncaster to recruit a Scheduling Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling calls in a professional and efficient manner

* Processing orders accurately and in line with company procedures

* Managing customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution

* Working to service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards of service

* Providing accurate product knowledge and information to customers

* Scheduling installers and ordering materials for works to be carried out

About You:
* Previous experience in a customer service, scheudling or order processing role

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

* Confident using IT systems and maintaining attention to detail
