Business Development Manager
Location: National/Remote
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + uncapped commission + company car
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be a recruiting a Business Development Manager for a well established business specialising in health and safety and industrial hygiene. Selling into a variety of industries from food & bev, manufacturing, media and commercial this is a great opportunity and no two days are the same.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Consistently identify, generate, and close new business opportunities from initial prospect to negotiations
* Proactively source the majority of sales leads while complementing the pipeline with inbound enquiries
* Develop strong, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers, including H&S managers, consultants, and directors
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and emerging trends in occupational hygiene
Skills & Requirements:
* Proven B2B sales experience within health & safety, industrial services, or environmental consulting is desirable
* Demonstrated track record in independently sourcing, developing, and closing new business
* Skilled in consultative selling and building relationships with senior stakeholders
* Ambitious, driven, and desire to progress into a leadership role
