About the RoleAn established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its growing residential property team. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of files.
*Conduct title checks, raise and respond to enquiries, and review searches and reports.
*Draft and prepare legal documentation, contracts, and completion statements.
*Maintain accurate file management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Deliver excellent client service through clear communication and proactive case handling.
About You*Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
*Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or with equivalent experience.
*Confident working remotely with strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.
*Proficient in using case management systems and digital communication tools.
