Are you caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping children learn and grow? We’re looking for Nursery Assistants to join our friendly team in Richmond.
You’ll support qualified practitioners to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can explore, play, and develop key skills. This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in Early Years childcare, with training and career progression available.
What You’ll Do
*Assist with engaging, play-based learning activities.
*Support children with daily routines and personal care.
*Encourage independence and positive behaviour.
*Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
*Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
What You’ll Need
*A genuine passion for working with young children.
*Great communication and teamwork skills.
*Previous childcare experience (preferred).
*Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day shifts only (no weekends)
