As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety at all times. Duties include (but are not limited to):
Responsibilities
*Supervising loading and unloading of vehicles.
*Unloading parcels from containers and preparing them for sortation.
*Loading containers for security screening.
*X-raying freight (COS qualified staff only).
*Check-weighing freight and updating records/notifications accordingly.
*Building aircraft containers for dispatch to airlines.
*Completing and finalising documentation such as MAWB’s (Master Air Waybills) and BOL’s (Bills of Lading).
Requirements
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a freight warehouse environment.
*COS Level preferred (CO Level as a minimum – additional training can be provided).
*Forklift licence preferred.
*Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
*PC literate with proficiency in Word, Excel & Teams.
*Full UK driving licence and own transport (due to limited public transport access).
