Job Description:
Year 5 Primary Teacher
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Havering (near Romford station)
Year Group: Year 5
Salary: M1-M6 (ECTs welcome)
Working Hours: Full time, Term Time only (8:30am - 3:30pm)
Duration: Until July 2026
The school has a car park or it can be easily accessed by local bus routes/ Elizabeth Line.

*Proven experience in UKS2 and understanding of SATs preparation is desirable

*Skilled in assessing pupil progress and using data to inform teaching
*Confident in supporting pupils’ transition to secondary school
*Excellent communication with parents, colleagues, and leadership
Compliance Essentials
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
*QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
*Right to work in the UK
*Professional references covering the last 2 years
*CV that covers work history since leaving formal education
