MTrec Technical are proudly representing our prestigious manufacturing client, based in the Cheltenham area with their plans for growth and internal expansion. We are supporting their recruitment by recruiting a permanent site manager, to join their team. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the onsite service teams.
The role will be working a permanent day shift, 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday

The Job You’ll Do:
*Manage and action all activities required of the onsite services for the client
*Management of onsite service teams and allocation of activities to team members.
*Performing essential works on production machinery to agreed planned maintenance schedules
*Perform coolant and wash cleanouts weekly.
*Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, and reporting using our company in-house system.
*Manage fluid waste streams to safe disposal off-site.
*Customer liaison and assisting in operational meetings.
*Follow strictly practices and procedures laid down including 5s and Health & Safety.
About You:
*Experienced of working in a mechanical, chemical or production environment in a supervisory or management capacity.
*Possesses a willingness to be adaptable and flexible.
*The ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervision.
*Previous experience within a similar position.
*This is a ’hands on’ position and demands a willingness to be adaptable and flexible with the ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
*Must be PC literate.
*Have excellent communication skills
