About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored education to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and Social Emotional & Mental Health. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
· Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment
· Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
· Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
· Contribute to the wider school community and development

What Were Looking For:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
· Experience working in an SEN setting
· A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· A commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development
