Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker in Aylesbury, you will:
*Learn the mortgage and protection market, products and FCA regulations
*Support and advise estate-agency-referred clients on tailored mortgage solutions
*Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand clients’ financial objectives
*Research appropriate mortgage products using a panel of lenders
*Help guide clients through the mortgage process from initial consultation to completion
*Prepare, submit and monitor mortgage applications
*Liaise with lenders, solicitors and estate agents to progress applications smoothly
*Keep clients fully updated throughout their mortgage journey
*Attend training sessions, coaching and workshops to enhance skills
*Work towards achieving performance targets and sales goals


Key Requirements
To succeed as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Aylesbury, you will need:
*CeMAP 1 qualification (minimum requirement)
*Previous sales or customer-facing experience
*Full UK driving licence & clean credit history (essential for FCA checks)
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
