This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a well-established introducer in a thriving local property market, where average property prices sit around £330,000 and the average mortgage case size is £2,500. With over 80 properties sold every month, advisors benefit from strong lead flow, excellent earning potential and full support from an award-winning estate agency network.
This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £31,000 (including car allowance), plus a realistic OTE of £55,000 – £70,000, making it ideal for a motivated CeMAP-qualified professional seeking stability, career development and high earnings.


Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Mortgage Advisor in Aylesbury, you will:
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice, ensuring clients receive the most suitable solutions
*Work within a highly active local property market, handling strong levels of buyer enquiries
*Manage, qualify and convert estate-agency-generated leads into mortgage opportunities
*Earn a minimum commission amount from £250 per completed case
*Write 2–3 mortgages per week, supported by consistent business levels
*Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand clients’ financial goals and circumstances
*Manage the full mortgage process from initial consultation to completion
*Deliver exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals




RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
*CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential
*Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong understanding of the local property market and lending criteria
*A motivated, target-driven approach with confidence in converting leads
*Professionalism, attention to detail and a client-focused attitude
