Known for innovation, reliability, and a strong reputation in the market, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Office Manager to join their UK Sales division.
The Role:
As Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the inside sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role combines people leadership, sales strategy, and performance management. You will drive sales growth, support team development, and play a key role in shaping branch performance.
Responsibilities of a Sales Office Manager:
*Lead, motivate, and develop the inside sales and warehouse teams
*Ensure the office runs efficiently and supports business needs
*Set clear sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs
*Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
*Develop and implement sales strategies in line with business objectives
*Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to the Regional Sales Manager
*Build strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional service delivery
*Monitor budgets and ensure effective resource allocation
*Collaborate with wider teams to align branch performance with company goals
Requirements of a Sales Office Manager:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience at sales management level
*Strong understanding of modern sales management techniques
*Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Ability to develop sales targets and deliver results
*Experience creating and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
*Knowledge of the electrical distribution, building, or construction industry is advantageous
*Strong leader with excellent communication skills
*Proactive, organised, and commercially driven
*Confident decision-maker with the ability to influence and negotiate
*Supportive team player who can inspire and motivate others
*Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and integrity
