Medical Receptionist - Wembley (HA9)
Salary: £13 to £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full Time
Annual Leave: 4 weeks + Bank Holidays
A highly respected Training GP Surgery in Wembley (HA9) is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.
About the Practice
This is a long-established, well-regarded GP Surgery that has consistently maintained a Good CQC rating, reflecting its strong commitment to patient care and service excellence and have a 4 star rating on Google.
The Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be a key point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth running of the reception area and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing patient enquiries and appointments
*Registering new patients and updating records
*Handling correspondence via Docman and using EMIS Web
*Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous administrative experience (preferably within a GP or healthcare setting)
*Confidence using EMIS Web and Docman
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A friendly, patient-focused attitude
You’ll be joining a welcoming non-clinical team who will ensure you receive full support and a smooth introduction to the Practice.
