Prospero Teaching have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced education professionals to provide 1:1 tuition to young people in Chichester and the local area. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to learners who need additional support.
As a Tutor, you will: *Deliver tailored tuition sessions to learners with SEN, SEMH, trauma-related needs, or those at risk of permanent exclusion (PEX).
*Plan and prepare sessions that are structured, practical, and paced appropriately.
*Build positive relationships and provide a safe, supportive learning environment.
About you: *At least 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as: *Tutor
*Teacher
*Cover Supervisor
*Teaching Assistant
*ELSA
*1:1 Support

*Ability to plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons.
*Empathy and resilience when working with learners with additional needs.
