As an Asset Surveyor, you will be:
*Carrying out surveys on cavity walls for residential properties
*Evaluating the condition of buildings and identifying areas for improvement
*Advising on repairs, maintenance, and future investment needs
*Managing survey data and presenting findings to relevant teams
*Contributing to long-term property strategies
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
*Solid experience in Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related field within the housing or construction sectors
*Strong knowledge of building fabric, condition surveys, and maintenance assessments
*Proficiency with survey tools and software (ideally experience with cavity wall surveys)
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
*Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related discipline (e.g., HNC, HND, Degree)
*Industry experience in property or asset management, or a similar role within the housing sector
This interim role is offering:
*Hybrid working: Primarily home-based with minimal site visits required
*Competitive hourly rate of £40 per hour, transitioning to a salary of £39,000 annually upon permanent conversion
