The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a diverse and hands-on role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work across multiple sectors, including Culture & Heritage, Hotels, Offices, Retail, Education, Life Sciences & Health, Residential, and Sport from £500k - £100m+. You’ll take charge of projects, acting as both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion.
With a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office, the rest from home), you’ll have the flexibility to excel in your role while maintaining a great work-life balance.
You’ll be part of a highly regarded team with a strong track record of internal progression - many of the firm’s Partners started their careers here and have developed through supportive training, mentoring, and genuine career opportunities.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
*RICS Accredited degree qualification
*MRICS ideally or currently working towards
*Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
*Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
*Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
*A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
