Job Description:
If you are an established Sales Representative with experience of selling a high-end interior design product and enjoy national and international travel this could make a great opportunity for you. We are recruiting for a design-led, bespoke luxury rug and carpet design studio that is looking to hire a UK and US Senior Sales Manager. Already very well established in the UK and supplying to the leading, high end interior designers and architects with some presence in the US. The business now requires a senior sales manager to continue managing and expanding on current UK relationships who also possesses an entrepreneurial and analytical skill set to build relationships with US distribution partners. These would consist of US sales agents and interior furnishing showrooms.
The role would involve frequent travel to meet interior designers and architects in and around London and the South East which would generally just be day trips. There would also be trips to meet clients in other parts of the UK when required. Along with this would be regular short trips to the US and then a couple of trips a year to the US for around 10 days to 2 weeks each trip to meet with sales agents and distributors.
This role suits someone who thrives on maintaining and building relationships and who possesses a passion for high end design. You would be involved with lots of exciting interior design projects from luxury residential to high-end hospitality – hotels, cruise ships and other luxury commercial projects.
Competitive salary up to £60,000 based on experience plus a commission that could easily add an additional £25,000+ on top.
