Financial Planning Administrator
Worcester (Office-Based)
Up to £28,500 per annum (Experience dependant)

NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly respected and award-winning firm of Independent Financial Advisers and Wealth Managers based in Worcester. Due to continued success and business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to join their professional and friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service, supporting financial advisers, and developing their career within a well-established and forward-thinking financial planning business.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle incoming calls, take messages, and respond to client enquiries.
*Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
*Prepare and update client reports, valuations, and statements of worth.
*Maintain accurate client records on Intelligent Office (IO) and ensure all documentation is uploaded correctly.
*Draft client correspondence including letters and emails.
*Manage Letters of Authority and Transfers of Servicing from start to completion.
*Prepare new business packs, illustrations, and financial planning reports.
*Obtain research for protection and annuity products.
*Process fund switches, withdrawals, and top-ups to existing plans.
*Liaise with providers for updates and ensure timely progress of all client requests.
About You
*Previous experience in a financial services administration or IFA support role.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
*Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to multitask effectively.
*Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) and provider platforms is desirable but not essential.
